After your payment was charged,we'll have 7 business days to prepare your items because every item is hand-made after we receiver your order.(Custom-made items need 10 business days). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out .Usually it will take another 3 business days for UPS/DHL Delivery to reach your hand.Normally you can enjoy your sellections in 10-12 business days after you place an order on EastStore.com(Custom-made orders need 3-4 days more).
The receiver should be responsible for bill duties and taxes (dutiable shipments only) which usually seldom happen when you shop at EastStore.com.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail or by phone and informed the reason for the delay.

You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out. We shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.
